SUCCESSFUL ON THE OUTSIDE,
WORKING AGAINST YOURSELF
ON THE INSIDE?
Does Any of This
Sound Familiar?
01
You know you need to make a decision... but you keep going round and round in your head.
02
You make a decision — then start second guessing yourself.
03
You know what you should do... but you overthink it, freeze, hesitate — or end up doing something else instead.
04
You catch yourself doing the same thing again and think... “I should know better than this. What’s wrong with me?”
05
You know what you want. You know what you should do. But somehow, you still feel like you’re working against yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU STOP
WORKING AGAINST YOURSELF?

REAL PEOPLE. REAL BREAKTHROUGHS.

“

I was suffering from exhaustion, depletion and self-doubt, constantly feeling like I was working against myself.

I went from a 2 out of 10 confidence level to a 10 out of 10 — the most confident I have ever been, getting much more out of life and unafraid to tackle the unknown.

“

Before, I was held back by unconscious hidden beliefs and behaviours. My unawareness of this was impacting my day-to-day life and the decisions I was making.

Now I am in the driving seat. I have cleared inner doubt and conflicting values, and I am striving forward without the invisible handcuffs.

“

90 days later, I had implemented so much in my business that I had previously been slow to do as I was sabotaging myself through inaction.

He took me from my worn down state, uncovered beliefs I didn’t even know I had myself and helped me to heal old stories I was replaying in my daily life, unknown to myself.

I feel like a new person, a whole new person.

Why knowing what to do
is only part of the answer.

Person thinking
01

Why do you keep getting in your own way — even when you know what you want?

You know what you want. You’ve thought about it. You may even know exactly what you need to do.

So why do you still hesitate, pull back, overthink it — or somehow end up getting in your own way?

Did I make the right decision?
02

Why do you keep second-guessing yourself — even after you’ve made the decision?

You make the decision — then start wondering if you got it wrong.

You replay it, overanalyse it, criticise yourself and think: “Shouldn’t have done that.” “Shouldn’t have said that.” “Did I make the right decision?”

Reflective person
03

When did something you do become something you believe you are?

“I’m an overthinker.” “I’m indecisive.” “I don’t trust myself.” “I’m not good enough.”

There’s a big difference between something you do and something you believe you are. And what if that difference is one of the reasons this has been so difficult to change?

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR 15-MINUTE CALL

Here’s exactly what happens.
01
BEFORE YOUR CALL

Answer a few simple questions before the call so we can make the most of our time together.

02
ON THE CALL

We’ll look at what you want to create, what may be getting in the way, and whether I can help.

03
IF IT FEELS LIKE A FIT

We’ll arrange a deeper conversation, and I’ll send you some information beforehand about what working together could look like.

15 minutes. No obligation. No sales pitch.
Just a focused conversation about what you want to change —
and whether I can help.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It’s a relaxed, pressure-free conversation where we’ll talk about what’s currently going on for you, what you’d like to change, and what you want instead.
There’s no hard sell or obligation. It’s simply an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see whether we’d both like to invest a little more time exploring whether we’re the right fit to work together.

Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, strategies and taking action, while therapy may spend more time exploring your past, emotions and experiences.
Understanding the past can absolutely be valuable. But repeatedly revisiting the same painful experiences without creating change can sometimes keep you connected to the very thoughts, emotions and patterns you’re trying to move beyond.
For me, the goal isn’t to keep talking about the problem.
It’s to heal what needs healing, dissolve the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and help you create something different.
We don’t need to live in the past to change the future.
My approach is different because I’m not trying to help you manage or fix the problem. I’m interested in what is creating the pattern underneath it.
We identify the internal conflicts, beliefs and learned responses that keep the pattern in place, and work to dissolve them at the root.
When that happens, you don’t have to keep trying harder, pushing yourself or relying on willpower to change. Change can start to feel more natural because you’re no longer fighting against the same internal pattern.

After the initial 15-minute call, the next step is to spend a little more time together at no charge so we can understand more clearly what is going on, what you want to change, and whether it makes sense to continue.
From there, we move into the Deep Dive.
Many clients experience a meaningful shift in perspective during that first Deep Dive session. They begin to see the problem in a completely different way and understand how past experiences, beliefs and the meanings they made from them may still be influencing them now.
When they see it differently, the weight often starts to lift. They begin reorganising the way they see themselves, the problem and what is possible — and that reorganisation is already part of the change.
It can be a little like dismantling the scaffolding that has been holding the problem in place. As those old meanings, assumptions and internal conflicts begin to come apart, the pattern itself can start to loosen.
That is why clients can often leave the Deep Dive already feeling different — with more relief, peace, clarity and certainty, and less of the sense that they have to keep pushing, trying harder or relying on willpower.

This is one of the biggest reasons people come to me.
You can consciously know exactly what you should do — and still find yourself overthinking, second-guessing yourself, holding yourself back, pulling away from opportunities, freezing when it matters, or repeating patterns
A simple way I explain this is by understanding that we have two minds: the conscious mind, which makes up around 5%, and the unconscious mind, which makes up around 95% of the mind.
Your conscious mind is the part that sets goals, makes plans and knows what you want.
But your unconscious mind is where your automatic patterns, emotional responses, beliefs and protective behaviours are operating.
Think of it like a rider on a horse.
The rider is your conscious mind. It knows where it wants to go.
The horse is your unconscious mind.
If the horse is frightened, feels threatened or believes it needs to protect you, it can pull in a completely different direction — no matter how determined the rider is.
That is what many people are doing when they try to change through willpower alone.
One part of them is saying, “This is what I want.” But another, much larger part is saying, “I don’t feel safe going there.”
And that part does not care about your goals, dreams or what you logically know you should do. Its priority is keeping you safe based on what it has learned from the past.
My work is about communicating with and understanding that part of you rather than continually fighting against it.
When the part that has been holding you back no longer feels it needs to protect you in the same way, the internal conflict can begin to dissolve.
You no longer have to keep pushing, forcing or relying on willpower, because instead of 5% of your mind trying to drag the other 95% with it, you can begin using 100% of your mind to create change.
That is the area I have spent my career working in: helping people understand why they can consciously want one thing while another part keeps pulling them back — and helping those parts begin working together instead.
The result is that you can stop feeling like you are constantly working against yourself.
There is more flow, more inner alignment and a greater sense of wholeness. You can feel calmer, clearer and more at peace with yourself — while also feeling more powerful, certain and able to move towards what you truly want.

No.
Some people come to me knowing exactly what they want to change. Others simply know that something isn’t working — they feel stuck, frustrated, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like they are not fully being themselves.
You do not need to have the problem perfectly defined before we speak.
Part of the work is helping you slow things down, understand what is really going on underneath the surface, and get clear on what you actually want instead.
Very often, what someone first thinks is the problem turns out to be only the surface of something deeper.
As we explore it together, the real pattern starts to become clearer — what has been holding it in place, what you want to move away from, and who you want to become instead.
So if all you know right now is “something needs to change”, that is more than enough to begin.

“STOP WORKING AGAINST YOURSELF — AND START BECOMING
WHO YOU KNOW YOU CAN BE.”
